MEET US IN THE GARDEN for a grounding, intimate experience as we connect to the beauty of nature and deepen into our true selves.
About this Event

In a world increasingly shaped by screens, speed, and stimulation, nature offers us a simple, ever-present gift: a way home to ourselves.

Returning to nature - and ultimately, returning to the nature of who we are - is not just a personal endeavor, but a path towards healing our shared humanity.

Rewild with us in an intimate afternoon of nature exploration, grounded presence, and community connection in the beautiful gardens of Stanley Park.

We will be offering playful exercises to ground and anchor into our bodies, reawaken our senses, and connect to the magnificence of the natural world around us.

- Natural materials sensory play

- Elemental dance and yoga flow

*We are co-creating a safe container to allow freedom of expression, connection, and exploration with ourselves and one another*

About your Hosts:

Meigan Swanson (Expression Sessions) is a Registered Art Therapist and Therapeutic Counselor who creates safe, attuned spaces for emotional healing and authentic expression. Her work weaves together art expression, movement, somatic awareness, and tantric principles - inviting a deeper connection to the body, to sensation, to emotional depth, and to an embodied sense of safety.

Meigan brings a rich background of theory and practice in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, early childhood development, and interpersonal neurobiology. With over 20 years of experience working with children, she carries a playful, curious, and compassionate presence that supports people of all ages in feeling seen, felt, and heard.

She is a devoted 5 Rhythms dancer, a nature lover, and a foodie enthusiast who delights in life’s simple pleasures. She offers one-on-one art and somatic therapy, as well as expressive workshops for all ages.


Samantha Hope (Sensing Ventures: Elemental Dance Meditation) is passionate about creating safe ritual spaces for play, dance and reconnecting to ones true wild nature through all the senses. She has been studying Dance Movement Therapy through West Coast Dance Movement Therapy, 5 Rhythms, Butoh, and other embodied trainings for the past five years. She is currently training in the Tantric Arts and focused on the sociology of sexuality in her BA. She has her 200 hour teacher training in Yoga through Karma Yoga Studios, and a Nature Moves Certificate through the EAT program out of Colorado, USA. Her passion is to guide people back to their internal power & authentic selves. Samantha believes that through the rediscovery of the communication of the body, one can release stagnant energy & negative mental patterns; re-emerging into the sweetness and juicy pleasure of life in yourself and with others.
