Step away from the rush of everyday life and into a space of trust, play and presence. Through improvisation, movement, voice and writing, we'll build a living ecosystem together, no fixed outcome, just the pleasure of being present with others.
Open to all ages, with or without theatre experience. Artists and non-artists alike are welcome.

How we work:
An acting and improvisation workshop centered on the practice of surrender and presence. The aim is not a polished or talented result, but rather to sustain the attempt/trial/exercise: to give yourself over to the action without interruption, trusting the process and the time the work takes, regardless of whether what emerges is pretty or ugly, big or small. We work as a group, drawing on each person's diversity, held together by a pact of trust, safety, and kindness that allows trial and error, play, and absurdity to happen without fear. It's sustained by clear rules and tightly defined exercises that protect that process. The core instruction: to be present, to remain, to sustain enthusiasm, and to allow an overflow of attempts.
Who we are:
We're Julieta and Ignacio, and this workshop grows out of our own training and work in improvisation and performance.
Ignacio Bañón Leal graduated as an Audiovisual Designer from the University of Buenos Aires. For nearly seven years he trained in improvisation and acting at various institutions in Buenos Aires. His professional career developed as a filmmaker and video editor for fashion and communication agencies. He has also worked on two short films in the sound department, including the documentary El fuego que vimos, which was nominated at the Mar del Plata International Film Festival, and he took part in the Interaction Docs Student Camp in Serbia, where he co-directed and created the sound design for the short documentary Follow the Chants.
Julieta Blanco (La Pampa, Argentina, 1991) is a writer, sociologist and performance-maker who has also trained in improvisation for around seven years. She has played in theatre plays and performances in Argentina, and her work moves between text, body and sound, most recently in Archive of the Salamancas, a documentary performance developed during a residency in Leipzig at Neues Schauspiel, her latest show. Also she has published a science fiction book called Asi es La Telepatia under Hipersensible Editorial.
