Meditative Sound Bath surrounded by Art

In corralation with our current exhibit "What Dreams May Come" ( April 8th - May 16th), we invite you to sit amongst the dreamlike artwork and experience a sound bath by Shelly Duk.

You will experience a meditative, immersive experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and healing. Using instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, the facilitator creates soothing vibrations that help calm the nervous system, lower heart rate, and improve mental clarity.

Chairs will be provided or you can bring a yoga mat

Artists Wendy Fournier and Cathy Rozenberg will be present to answer questions and chat about their art at the end of the sound bath.
