Where The Feral Roam — Book Launch GatheringThis is a launch gathering for my memoir, Where The Feral Roam. An evening centered around storytelling, healing, and real connection.

For Joanie, “feral” describes more than her childhood. It describes the world she lives in and the person she becomes to survive it.
Raised in chaos, abandoned, and on the streets by sixteen, Joanie learns early how to endure—and how easily vulnerable people become targets for exploitation disguised as opportunity. Moving through worlds of money, beauty, and high access, she mistakes survival for freedom until the illusion begins to dissolve and she’s called into a deeper truth.
Where The Feral Roam, told with brutal honesty and deep heart, is a breathtaking story of how one woman broke a lifetime of toxicity to build a legacy of peace for her children—and finally found the courage to be the beacon of light she always needed.

While the details are mine, the truth behind them isn’t. So many of us were shaped by things we didn’t choose. This is a space to reflect on that, and maybe reconnect with who you are beyond it.
✨ We’ll begin with time to arrive, connect, and settle in. I’ll share a short reading and some reflections (and I’ll be honest… I’m a little nervous to read in front of all of you 😅), followed by an open, heart-centered sharing circle for anyone who feels called. We’ll close with a short sound bath to integrate the experience.
This isn’t a typical book launch. It’s a gathering to reflect, connect, and just be human for a bit.

This will be the first opportunity to preorder the book. Physical copies won’t be available this night, but all presale orders will receive a signed first edition once they are printed.
