Begin your evening with intention and clarity through a guided Hatha yoga class, closing with elements of Yin. The practice offers a gentle, yet empowering approach to awaken the body, calm the mind and bring awareness back to self before returning to close out your Monday happenings.
Each session begins by inviting you into the moment to focus on self (dharana) through awareness (pratyahara), breath work (pranayama) and postures (asana). Dissolving any impediments that inhibit you from feeling grounded, while creating space for an intention to grow and manifest. Essentially, leaving the session feeling lighter, centered and aligned, ready to meet the week ahead with clarity and presence.

SPECIAL NOTE: This complimentary class is offered as a gift to our community, made possible through the generous donation of time from both our teachers and CenterPeace. If you register and later find you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation so another member of our community may enjoy the space, as these classes often fill quickly.
