Patterns for Stillness

We welcome you to spend a day with us at CenterPeace as we share practices, learned along our own personal paths, that allow you to immerse yourself in yoga, meditation, breathwork, a walk in the Labyrinth, a journey through the Leela Life game, and a healing sound bath.

By being in the serene setting of the CenterPeace studio and its luscious garden embracing you, give in to the day as you cultivate a presence that grounds you. With the mind in quietude and the body calm, direct your awareness inward as you journey through each practice, allowing you to encounter and clear questions, fears, and impediments in your space and upon your path. Finding freedom that is true to you. Opening you to a state of stillness to listen, observe, and feel yourself sincerely in peace.

Morning
Welcome, arrival, and opening practices including meditation, breathwork, and Hatha yoga

Labyrinth walk, journaling, and a nourishing shared lunch

The Leela Game, deep inquiry, and group exploration

Closing
Integration practices, movement, sound bath, and a closing ceremony with reflection and sharing

Your Facilitators:

Yaseen Khan
Yaseen has been guiding yogi practitioners since 2018 offering classes in a wide range of settings from studios and one-on-one sessions, to sports teams, classrooms, corporate events and festivals. His approach is essentially rooted in finding a state of self-awareness, allowing space for stillness. Drawing from modalities such as breath work, concentration, meditation, movement and postural alignment, this welcomes the opportunity to find clarity, to clear what's needed and ground oneself with intention.

Katia LeMone
Katia LeMone is a retired Certified Professional Midwife with approximately 700 births over 35 years of practice, a clinical herbalist, Leela Game facilitator and labyrinth builder. She is the founder and director of Rosa Luna Herb School & Apothecary and Academia Tierra Sabia in Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, México, and operates El Paraíso Retreat Center in the Sierra Tarahumara mountains at 8,000 feet elevation. Katia brings a deep syncretic spiritual practice to her facilitation of the Leela Game and labyrinth work.

Sarah Surma
Sarah is a dedicated interdimensional sound healer, energy worker, and crystal Reiki practitioner. As an intuitive spiritual guide and channel, she creates transformative spaces for deep relaxation, healing, and inner exploration. In her healing sessions, Sarah invites participants to transcend the physical world and enter the quantum field of infinite possibilities. Guided by spirit and infused with divine love, she channels healing energies through sound, frequencies, crystals, Reiki, and various instruments to release blockages, balance the nervous system & chakras, and restore harmony on a cellular level.
