Meditation Teacher Certification Course

A 30-hour course to master the art of guided meditation and confidently lead groups and individuals into deep states of calm, relaxation, and healing.

• Deep Understanding of Meditation: Learn the history, origins, and four foundational styles so you can teach with confidence.
• Practical Teaching Skills: Build hands-on experience guiding others, structuring sessions, and leading with clarity.
• Neuroscience & Mind-Body Insight: Understand how meditation impacts the brain, nervous system, and overall well-being.
• Vocal Modulation & Presence: Develop your voice and presence to guide groups powerfully and compassionately.
• Confidence to Lead: Practice facilitation, handle challenges, and integrate meditation into your personal or professional path.

• Attend 15-hours (3-Saturdays) of in-person sessions in Honolulu, HI (must be available to attend all dates: November 1st, 8th, and 15th from 9am-3pm)

• Complete 10 hours of online training before your graduation date

• Log a total of 5 hours of independent practice during your training period (around 20-minutes/day)

• Submit a final project for review: a short meditation voice recording

It's suggested that you have some prior meditation experience before enrollment. Perfect for teachers, medical professionals, sound healers, parents, etc. Whether you are an established wellness professional, or just starting out in coaching or wellness, this program will equip you with powerful skills and expertise to guide others into peaceful, healing states.
