Join facilitators Simrankaur Chhabra and Amanda Ruschiensky for this transformative experience that blends the power of guided meditation, Reiki energy healing and the sacred practice of mantra yoga. This session is designed to help you find inner peace, clarity, healing and a deep sense of connection with yourself.
We will begin with a guided meditation that will help you release the stresses of daily life and ground yourself in the present moment. Simrankaur's voice will gently guide participants, allowing the mind to unwind and the body to relax.
Amanda will then lead participants through a gentle yin yoga practice. While in these longer held more passive postures, Amanda will perform Reiki energy healing using essential oils and touch.
Once we've reached a state of deep relaxation, we will transition into the heart of our practice—mantra yoga. Together, we will chant ancient mantras, letting the vibrations resonate within, aligning your energy and calming your mind. The repetitive nature of the mantra will help to quiet the mental chatter, creating a pathway to deeper mindfulness and self-awareness.
As the session progresses, you'll find yourself sinking into a state of profound stillness, where the mantra becomes a powerful tool for transformation. This is more than just a practice—it's a journey into the core of your being, where you can tap into your inner strength, wisdom, and peace.
By the end of our time together, you'll feel rejuvenated, centered, and empowered, ready to carry the calm and clarity you've cultivated into your everyday life.
