Meditation Mudras at Centennial Park

Start your day with peace and balance at our Sunrise Meditation and Mudras, held at 7 a.m. in the serene surroundings of Centennial Park. This rejuvenating session combines gentle meditation practices with the ancient art of Mudras—hand gestures that channel energy and enhance mindfulness. Set against the backdrop of the rising sun, this is designed to center your mind, body, and spirit, helping you embrace the day with clarity and calm. All levels are welcome! The class is every Saturday and is free (small tips accepted but not required, class will not run if it is raining)
