Meditation Monday at One Art - Community Sit Circle
Date: Every Monday, Starting October 13th
Time: 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Location: One Art - 4139 N 52nd St. Philadelphia
Beloved Community, we're bringing back this series with the intention of prioritizing peace, during a time where distraction strikes us all in big and small ways. Our hope is that though this communal practice, we are able to walk away feeling just a bit lighter and poured into.
Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket, journal, water, and whatever else you need to feel comfort and ease. We will be starting promptly at 6:30 so please arrive early! No experience is needed, come as you are!
This is a donation based offering, however, no one will be turned away for inability to make a financial exchange.
