With over twenty-five years of shared meditation and mindfulness practice, Malaika Gilpin and Noelle Warford invite you to gather in stillness at One Art Community Center in West Philly.
Each week, our community sit becomes a gentle return—to posture, to silence, to the steady rhythm of breath. Together, we practice arriving in our bodies and in the present moment, meeting whatever we find with curiosity, compassion, and care.
We do not sit to escape the heat of the world, but to sharpen our collective focus, to be more fully here—awake and embodied—in a time that asks everything of us.
Bring a journal, water, or a cushion if you wish. No experience is needed. No equipment required. Donations are optional.
