Hygh Flow Meditation

Hygh Flow Meditation is a time for you to tune out the world and connect with your mind body and hygher self. This session will be your peace in the beginning and end of your week. Feel free to bring your crystals if you have any. Crystals can assist you in meditation and manifestion. You'll get a complimentry Hygh Flow pre roll or a Sunflower Space Cakes treat.

Before we jump into the flow and wait for others to arrive we'll enjoy the hygher lyfe. We'll go through a light flow to loosen our bodies and become more relaxed. While relaxed and loosened up we'll connect with our hygher selves through guided meditation.
