Taking care of your health is crucial to living life and living it fully. Our Assistant Director, Tiana Jones, also doubles as an integrative health coach. As your coach, her goal is to guide you through a journey of improved well-being, where you'll work together to relieve stress, discover new ways to improve your physical and mental health and achieve your personal goals, all with the support of a dedicated, uplifting community.
