Join us for our monthly drumming, meditation and messages. We open with drumming. You are welcome whether you have a drum or not. Then we have a meditation time with music. After meditation, we practice giving and receiving messages. You can practice or just watch, listen and learn. We hope you can join us for this wonderful mid-month spiritual lift.
