The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful.
Do you keep hearing about all the benefits of meditation, but don't know where to start? Or maybe you just want some pointers for improving your practice. Setting up a daily meditation practice starts with our wish to become a more peaceful and positive person. During these classes we will learn the methods taught by Buddha to solve our daily problems and explore more profound meditations that will eventually enable us to attain a state of permanent inner peace.
