Enjoy an uplifting and relaxing guided meditation class with Kadampa Buddhist Nun Gen Chitta.

In person.

Suitable for all levels of experience. Seating is provided in chairs or cushions. No previous experience or special clothing is necessary.

Cost £7 per class.
