Speaker Bio: Dr. Manju Akhand, MD is a Pediatrician with private practices in Bolingbrook and Berwyn. A graduate of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), she completed her residency at UIC Chicago. She is currently affiliated with Edward Hospital, University of Chicago Bolingbrook Hospital, and Loyola Medical Center. Based in Naperville, she is a proud wife and mother of two adult children. For the past 30+ years, Dr. Akhand has practiced meditation to maintain her own inner calm and strength.
