Meditating & Connecting in Nature

🔴 If you are a person who wants to connect with people who aligns with your soul purpose and share similar goals. Or even if you just want to relax and feel at peace after a long stressful day or prepare for your week ahead.This event is ideal for you!

🔴 Here is what I like to call a “Safe Place” a place where you can be your authentic self, feel free, while also bringing out that inner child. With no judgment ✨.

** Yay! It Spring 🌸(lol best season btw). This week, we will be coming from inside to outside! So bring a thick blanket, mat or if you just want to feel the grass beneath you. If you don’t have a journal no worries one will be provided for you!

💓 INTRO
10:30-10:40
-It's important to know who you are sharing your energy with right? So we will all introduce ourselves with a short introduction! No need to be shy or nervous let your light shine! 💜

💓 GUIDED MEDITATION
10:40-11:00
- I will guide us into a 20 min mediation. This is the time to relax your mind, body, and spirit! The time to put your stress, anxiety, or stress at ease!
-We will be doing what I like to call a silent nature meditation. Where I will first put us to place of stillness and put any wondering thoughts, anxiety or stress at ease. Then have nature guide us to place of tranquility!

💓 JOURNAL
11:00-11:15
- We will all journal on self-improvement & deep journalism prompts one example of a prompt we will do is, " Is there something that I don't forgive myself for?” Get ready to dive into self-improvement and becoming a better version of yourself! We also take the time to share and have a mini open discussion (sharing is optional), this is a safe place with no judgement. Therefore, leave your judgement at the door all is welcome!

💓 Outdoor Game
11:15-11:45
- Get ready to bring out that inner child, it's important as we get older we remember to connect to our inner child. That's where the fun, creativity and joy is really stored! So we will be doing a Three-Legged Race! The three-legged race is the ultimate teamwork game, requiring players to work together to cross the finish line.
- How to play: we will all be paired into teams of two, tie our inside legs together to create a "three-legged" team and we will race to the finish line! The purpose of this game is so we can connect but on a different level we must work together to maintain balance, synchronize our steps, and overcome obstacles. The team to get to the finish line first wins a prize! Whether you think you are fit or not, it's a fun, entertaining game that promotes laughter and bonding! 💚
