Each Sunday evening, bring your mat and a small blanket to a warm, candlelit setting filled with soft lighting, calming music, and intentional movements that harmonize mind, body, and spirit. Perfect for unwinding, letting go, and preparing for the week ahead, this all-levels class invites you to breathe, stretch, and find peace.
Classes are $15 for drop in, or attend any session of the month for $50 with our monthly pass!
