Yoga Among the Plants

This yoga class will be one hour in-person. This class will include gentle movement, breath awareness, and focused attention using the surrounding plants as focal points. No experience is needed to participate. These classes will be led by an experienced 200-hr registered yoga teacher, Sarah C. Low. Please contact W. W.
