Join us for a 6-week class series focused on eating a healthy Mediterranean-style eating pattern and participate in hands-on cooking.
About this Event

This program will focus on the 7 simple steps to eating the Med Way. Each session covers 1-2 steps, a mindfulness skill and features a hands-on cooking experience. Participants will work in small groups and prepare and sample two recipes each class.

Class will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. each session. Series dates are: August 26, September 2,9,16,23, 30.

Deadline to register August 22ndm as long as space is still available.
