A Gardening Celebration, Fall Festival Exhibitor/Vendor Registration

We are very excited to announce our A Gardening Celebration, Fall Festival of Plants & Learning hosted by the Lake County Master Gardener Volunteers to be held in The Discovery Gardens, on October 11 & 12, 2025. The event will be held at the Lake County Extension Center, Discovery Gardens in Tavares located at 1951 Woodlea Road, Tavares, FL 32778.

This event includes speaker presentations by local plant vendors, garden experts, live demos, and workshops, kids' discovery zone - hands-on nature activities, plant walk, garden bingo, creative hands-on flower and garden projects, guided Discovery Garden Tours, - local food trucks and much, much more.

Exhibitor and Food Vendor Spaces: (The fees applies even if you attend only one day)

10'x10' - Exhibitor space - $75 - a 10'x10' exhibition space for Saturday & Sunday, October 11 & 12, 2025

10’x20’ – Exhibitor Space - $150 - A 10’x20’ exhibition space for Saturday & Sunday, October 11 & 12, 2025,

Food Vendor Space - $75 - Food truck

Fair Hours of Operation/Location:

The 1st Annual Landscape & Garden Fair will be held at the Lake County Agricultural Center's Discovery Gardens, located at 1951 Woodlea Road in Tavares. All exhibitor booths must be manned at all times. The operating hours are as follows:

• Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 9 :00 am to 4 pm
• Sunday, October 12, 2025 , from 9:00 am to 3 pm

Exhibit Setup/Removal Information

• Exhibitors can set-up anytime between 9 am and 4 pm on Friday, October 10th
• All booths must be cleared of content by Sunday, October 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
• When cleaning up after the event, be sure to leave the space exactly as you found it

Additional information:

• No parking will be permitted behind or beside your exhibitor space.
• Cancellations or refunds will not be permitted or accepted after Monday September 1, 2025.
• Exhibit/Food Vendor spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be assigned for you. While changes in location might be able to be accommodated, they are not guaranteed.
• Food vendors must have proper permits for food distribution issued by the State of Florida's Department of Business Regulations, Division of Hotels and Restaurants. For questions, call them at 800-375-6975.
• No amplifying devices will be allowed (radios, microphones, etc.)
• Goods on display are the responsibility of the exhibitor/food vendor. Exhibits should not be left unattended.
• Lake County is not responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibitor property or any other person caused by theft, fire, riot, strikes, or other causes of whatever nature or kind.
• Each night during the fair, beginning at 5 p.m. the gates to the Discovery Gardens will be locked for security, and access to the area will be restricted.

All registrations and payments must be received not later than, August 12, 2025, at 4 p.m.
