About this Event

You are invited to take a mindful walk around our beautiful campus. Millie Wright will lead a mindful walking meditation session to anyone who is able to participate. It will take place Monday, September 16th, from 4:30-6:00PM. We will start at Crown Wellness Institute (1135 Broadway) and walk into CU Boulder Campus from there. Everyone is welcome to join.

This event is part of our new MCP Mindful Moments workshop series, exploring various facets of meditation through in-depth topics courses.
