A guided tour of the trees, plants and wildlife of Mount Street Gardens and Hyde Park, to highlight London Climate Action Week 2026
About this Event

Join us for another exciting outdoor event with John Wells, a passionate expert in the field.

To raise awareness of London Climate Action Week we will be exploring delightful Mount Street Gardens, next to Mayfair Library, and then go into Hyde Park to visit a selection of trees, plants and wildlife.

John Wells is a naturalist who has been interested in all aspects of British natural history since his childhood.

He will be leading a walk in Mount Street Gardens and Hyde Park, helping us to learn about, and appreciate, all the wonderful creatures and plants which live around us and how we can protect them.

He will share his extensive knowledge about the diverse flora and fauna. We will be learning about trees, plants, moss & lichens and insects.

Whether you're a nature enthusiast or simply curious about the natural world, don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with nature and expand your knowledge. Come and join us for an unforgettable experience in the heart of London!

Meeting point: Mayfair Library, 25 South Audley Street, London W1K 2PB.
