About this Event
Join one of our electrifying classes, as we celebrate the gift of movement. Movement is medicine. We don’t need weights or a lot of equipment to give our bodies the appreciation they deserve.
Each class will be about 50-60 minutes, focused on strength, mobility, and connection. Water and fresh fruit will be available to help with hydration and energy.
This experience is about building a stronger community through strength, love, and fellowship.
