We know… we left you for a minute.

There was only one way to kick off our first series of 2026.
After watching Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl performance and feeling that electricity move through us, we knew we had to make this first series Bad Bunny–inspired. The music. The rhythm. The power. The unapologetic energy. It moves you - and that’s exactly how we want this year to begin.

What can I expect in your classes?

Each class features 25 minutes of feel-good dance cardio followed by a 30-minute easy-to-follow routine perfect for all levels. No prior experience or previous class knowledge needed - you can drop in anytime. When we say all levels, we mean it. You do not need dance experience. You just need to show up. Our instructors create a space that is safe, supportive, and empowering beyond words.

When is class?

Every Tuesday, 6-7pm starting 2/24/2026 - 3/17/2026 at Rhythms Dance Studio.

As our community continues to grow, it’s been incredible to watch women from all walks of life come together in one room - different stories, different backgrounds, one shared energy. And you can feel it the moment you walk in.
