Marigolds aren’t just pretty, they're useful, too! These annual flowers repel pesky mosquitoes, attract pollinators, and they’re beautiful to look at. In short, you want them around for summer, and that’s exactly why the Fairbanks Garden Club is visiting the museum on Friday, May 22! During our annual Marigold Planting here at FCM (a special Pint Size Science!), small friends get to work with dirt, plant a flower and watch it grow at home.
