Margaret’s Way Hike with Queer Mountaineers

Located on Squak Mountain in Issaquah, Margaret's Way is a long, serene hike on a wide trail through a gorgeous forest, with a babbling river at points. We will meet at the trailhead at 9 am and aim to hit the trail by 9:15 am.

The trail is rated as moderate. There aren't any river crossings or scrambles, but the trail is fairly steadily steep. Given the length of the trail, I recommend bringing something to eat at the top.

Parking at the trailhead is free and there are port-a-potties at the trailhead. Leashed dogs are welcome.

Gear Needed: Day pack with 10 essentials, food, water, extra layers, sunscreen. Prepare for cold, rainy, and/or windy weather - check forecast before you hike.
