Girls Who Run DFW is a welcoming, female-only run community designed for all ages, all paces, and all experience levels. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, just getting started, or prefer to walk, this is your space to move at your own pace in a supportive and empowering environment.

Our events are stroller-friendly and judgment-free come solo or bring a friend! There’s no pressure, no competition just a group of women showing up for themselves and each other.

Run, walk, jog, or take it one step at a time everyone belongs here. After you run or walk stick around and socialize with vendors on site, and treat yourself to post run/walk breakfast and drinks!!
