The Balanced Runner: Strength for the Long Run
A 90 minute strength and stability class designed specifically for runners and walkers. Whether you're training for a race or just want to stay healthy and moving, this class builds the foundation your body needs to run stronger, longer, and pain-free.
What you'll train:
- Glute strength & quad endurance
- Core control & running posture
- Calf capacity & shock absorption
- Single-leg balance & stability
What's included:
- Gait analysis
- Balance assessment
- Dynamic warm-up
- 2 strength circuits
- Balance & stability block
- Mobility cool-down
What to bring: Yourself ready to learn, athletic wear or similar, and a water bottle if needed.
