This is a fun Mardi Gras celebration based on traditional dishes that we will make together in Tim's Kitchen. Please feel free to bring your favorite libation, as this is a BYOB.

Price: $120 pp, includes class/instruction, ingredientes and dinner

Muffaletta Salad (based on the sandwich invented in New Orleans with cured ham and salami, provolone cheese, chopped green and black olives with onions and olive oil and spices)
