Manifestation Sound Bath

Moving into the late spring is a wonderful time to begin to shift your awareness. Connecting to the power of manifestation to invoke new energy into your life. Manifestation is a tool to bring in clarity and alignment. Intention is amplified by sound work. There will be a mini meditation to start, encouraging one to focus on what is they wish to manifest into their life. This is an opportunity to raise your vibration and create space for transformation.

Each session is unique, crafted using Gongs, Himalayan Singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes and a waterfall disk. Patterns are used to work with the brainwaves to take one into altered states for deep relaxation by lowering into the theta/delta brainwaves.

The Crystal Lake Lodge is located past the gate at the community entrance. Park in the gravel lot then walk through the gate and take your fist left down the driveway. Please arrive early to allow time to set up as doors lock at 7:10. Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows and cushions to make sure you are comfortable. There are no props on site.
