Begin the afternoon with a quiet walking meditation on the outdoor labyrinth, a gentle practice of moving inward step by step. As you follow the winding path, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner stillness. 

After the walk, we’ll gather inside the peaceful Creekside Yurt for an immersive sound bath. Crystal bowls, chimes, gong, and soothing vibrations will guide the body into deep relaxation, helping calm the nervous system and bring you back to your natural center.

In this 90-minute session, we will begin with a walking labyrinth meditation, followed by an immersive and uniquely crafted sound bath experience. The sounds of various instruments will envelop you, creating a tranquil atmosphere that promotes relaxation and introspection. The harmonious vibrations and melodies will help to relax your body and mind.

The Creekside Light, Joy, & Peace Yurt has everything you need, including mats, blankets, and pillows but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.
