What we actually do — 11:00 to 4:00
Find the friction. We map your real week and locate where the hours go. Every business has three or four places where a person is doing something a system should be doing. We name yours specifically, before touching any software.
Build, in the room. You construct working AI workflows for your own business — your voice, your clients, your actual bottlenecks. Not a demo on someone else’s example. Yours, running before you leave.
Draw the human line. For every workflow, we decide together where the human stays. This is not a caveat, it is the design principle. Work that requires your judgment, your relationships, your ethics and your lived experience does not get automated — and knowing exactly where that boundary sits is what separates people who use AI well from people who get burned by it.
Cost and leverage. Honest arithmetic on what these systems save and what they cost. You leave able to say what your AI stack is worth in hours and dollars.
Make it stick. A maintenance rhythm, so what you build today still runs in March. Most AI adoption dies here, not at setup.
