JOURNEY TO WHOLENESS WITH THIS THERAPEUTIC MANDALA PAINT CLASS!
Amy has been a nurse for over three decades and believes we are all powerful, transformative beings, with infinite sources of strength and resilience within.
Over the past four years she immersed herself in painting mandalas and has personally experienced their restorative and meditative effects helping her to see the benefits of adding a holistic practice to her traditional training as a nurse. She went on to become a Holistic RN and Life Coach that shares mandala expression as a creative tool to help you achieve greater wellbeing. Through this process, you will discover that you are far more imaginative, and powerful than you realize.
During this workshop not only will you learn about the history of Mandalas and what their purpose is, Amy will take you through a transformative practice of intention setting, inner balance and awareness as well as teach the specific techniques to creating Mandalas for yourself.
All supplies are included with your ticket.
