What You'll Do

Begin the evening with a complimentary glass of Prosecco, then roll up your sleeves for a hands-on pasta-making workshop. Learn to craft fresh tagliolini from scratch, mixing and kneading delicate dough, then rolling and cutting it into thin, elegant strands using traditional Italian techniques.

After the Workshop
