Make Your Own Chocolate Truffles

Become oompa loompas at Miami's first chocolate factory! We'll take a very small group into our production space to show you how we turn cacao beans into chocolate. Our semi-private tour will offer a truncated version of the process, but if you show too much promise as a chocolatemaker we might just keep you for several more days! You will taste along the experience several products we make thru each step of the process.

Our head Chocolatemaker will teach this class on how we make our rolled and hand-painted truffles. Students will get to learn each step of the process and create their own beautiful 6 piece box to take home and enjoy (or eat at the factory, no judging). This is a hands-on class, so we recommend ages 10+.

Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes to the tour. We will provide hairnets for the journey. Our factory awaits you!
