Begin the evening with a complimentary glass of Prosecco, then roll up your sleeves for a hands-on pasta-making workshop. Learn to craft fresh potato gnocchi from scratch, mixing and kneading dough, shaping soft pillowy dumplings, and mastering traditional techniques.

After the Workshop
