Make It OK Ambassador Training

A Make It OK Ambassador is someone who has a passion for reducing mental health and illness stigma in their community. An Ambassador does not need to be an expert on mental health but someone who is interested in reducing stigma by increasing understanding and creating caring conversations about mental health and illnesses.

Join us for this free, 2-hour training that will cover what it means to be a Make It OK Ambassador, provide you with the key messages and the tools you will need to help talk about and share Make It OK with others.

***Are you an Iowa resident? Make It OK is supported in Iowa by the Iowa Healthiest State Initiative and they host Make It OK presentations and Ambassador trainings specifically tailored for Iowans. We encourage all Iowan residents to sign up for the Ambassador trainings available through Make It OK Iowa. To get started, please fill out their Ambassador interest form. This Ambassador training will not fulfill Make It OK Iowa's training requirements.
