How to Register:

You will receive your county specific Food Handler Course.    Begin by clicking "Select a Date". Select any day convenient from the menu.   Select quantity 1 at your ticket option then click checkout. Continue with input of your personal info, name,  email and phone no. then choose the time of day you want to begin between 8am and 8pm PDT, and complete payment.  Careful to enter your info accurately. You will receive confirmation by email immediately after registration. Before your Selected date for training with exam session, you will receive your online food handler course key with further instructions in a separate email. Upon successful completion of the assessment, you will be able to print your Food Handler Card online or forward link by email.

What do I need to bring to the event?

 Certification examinations are taken online.   Have your WiFi ready PC or MAC.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes. Each examinee must be registered. If you want to transfer your registration, you must request from the organizer to make an update or change  to the registrant information.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. If you want to change or transfer your registration, you must request from the organizer to make an update or change to the registrant information.  You will be given a window of time to make changes or corrections before sales end.  After that time changes or updates are not allowed.  

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, Your printed ticket contains other printed information, terms and conditions.  Please read it.

What is the refund policy?

You are allowed as many attempts necessary to pass.  Sorry, no refunds. Your printed ticket contains other printed information, terms and conditions. 

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, The person attending must be named on the registration ticket.  The registration is for the attendee who must take the exam.

What happens if I need to change or cancel ?

Once you are registered you may change or cancel anytime. You may appear at the time you registered or any other posted time Exam Lab is in session with or without prior arrangement within 60days of your purchase. Contact the organizer. [email protected]
