We’re thrilled to travel to MAINE to announce a powerful opportunity to expand your practice and your heart.
This workshop is a TWO day 24-hour immersive experience with virtual learning opportunties and live discussions designed for certified yoga instructors, teacher trainees, and healthcare professionals working with those experiencing Intellecutal and/or Developmental disabilities.
Learn how to blend accessible yoga, trauma-informed practices, and disability awareness to create empowering and safe spaces for everyBODY and everyABILITY.
What you’ll explore:
Disability history, advocacy & true allyship
Breathing, sound & mindfulness techniques
Social-emotional practices & accessible yoga poses
Teaching to diverse group settings
Medical & anatomical considerations for safety
Yoga Alliance CEU approved! Let’s build a world where everBODY belongs—on and off the mat.
When: October 4th from 12:30pm-8:30pm and October 5th from 11:30am-7:30pm
(Virtual Learning required before workshop. Dates will be emailed after registration with recorded learning option.)
