Put it on your calendar: October 4th is 24-Hour Comic Book Day! You are invited to celebrate with us at Mutiny Comics, starting at 10am on Saturday and going until 10am Sunday.
24-Hour Comic Book Day is an annual world-wide event held on the first Saturday of October. The idea is to make a 24-page comic in 24 hours. If you're shaky on the idea of 24 pages, you can try for 12 in 12 hours or 16 in 16 hours. But come and get locked in with us!
You can work in digital or traditional media, though I suggest the latter. I'll bring some extra bristol paper and pens just in case, and I will also have a small light table. I suggest that you get your own though; there are small ones available online for as little as $12.

No need to plan or write your comic ahead of time. The spontaneity is part of the fun.
