Begin your morning with yoga and mindful movement + balancing and clearing sound healing in the beautiful rooftop greenhouse at Grow + Gather. Katie offers a blend of all levels yoga with a soothing, yet uplifting savasana and sound bath. Enjoy some Crystal Alchemy sound bowl magic to brighten up your Friday morning.
