Mai tai means the best, and the Mai Tai Serenaders are undoubtedly the best Hawaiian music duo in Rhode Island. With Rick Russo “The Ukulele Crooner” on vocals and Steven “Lightnin’” Lighty on steel guitar, they play a mixture of traditional Hawaiian tunes, hapa haole music from the early to mid 20th century, and modern Hawaiian classics. Let them guide you to the land of warm trade winds and starry nights scented with plumeria and gardenias.
