Why A Magical Menopause Day?I work with clients all the time who are affected by the menopause. It can affect our bodies, emotions, sleep, energy, confidence — and yet so often we’re expected to carry on as normal.
This is why I’m so grateful to be co-creating a Menopause Retreat Day this February, alongside two wonderful women whose work I deeply trust.

Held in person at The Healing Touch, the day offers space to slow down and reconnect — supported by:

Our theme is KISS — Kindness, Inspiration, Sisterhood and Synthesis — and everything about the day has been designed with that in mind.
