Welcome to the Made Smarter Innovation - Smart Cobotics Centre Open Day!

Join us on Thu Nov 14 2024 at 09:00 at The Wheatcroft Suite, Radisson Blu Hotel, East Midlands Airport where we will be sharing a selection of the outputs from our Smart Cobotics research and feasibility studies.

This event focusses on the topic of collaborative robotics and offers the opportunity to see how our centre has approached the challenges which arise when humans and robots share tasks within the same workspace.

With a mix of live demonstrations, poster presentations, panel discussions and facilitated workshops, this will be a day to explore the subject area and ask any questions you might have about the future of human-robot collaboration within manufacturing.

Throughout the day there will be a number of live demonstrations to see within the main exhibition space.

In addition, Researchers will be presenting posters on their work and will be available for one-to-one discussions.

Registration will be from 9am directly outside the Wheatcroft Suite with tea, coffee and biscuits available.

We will be including lunch and there will be refreshments throughout the day.
