Madame Tourette and SqueakA Stand-Up Comedy Show by the Creators of the multi-award winning show “My Voices Have Tourettes”
Returning with the same “Voices” energy, attitude, and new hilarity, Dan Zerin and Elva Dögg are taking the stage at Kabarett, Reykjavík’s newest Cabaret Club at Bankastræti 5. This special evening of stand-up blends sharp comedy, personal storytelling, and twitchy humour — all while raising awareness for Tourette Syndrome, neurodiversity/mental health, and disability.
Guest hosted by Dan Roh, the show balances classic stand-up with a healthy amount of Tourettic chaos.
🎭 Featuring
Dan Zerin (Squeak)
Co-creator of My Voices Have Tourettes and the award-winning solo show "Squeak!", Dan’s unmistakable squeaky voice and comedic style have made him a standout in the Icelandic comedy scene — and made him very popular among small animals. In 2024, Dan delivered a TEDx Talk called “The Power Of Laughter” about the effects of being open and accepting of our “flaws” and how it can result in a more empowering life.
Elva Dögg (Madame Tourette)
Co-creator of My Voices Have Tourettes and her solo show "Madame Tourette", Elva Dögg is a powerhouse of comedy and advocacy. Known for her work with Tourette Samtökin and ÖBÍ (The Icelandic Disability Alliance), Elva brings fearless humor, intelligence, and heart to the stage. She’s also an amateur beatboxer — though that may just be her tics.
Guest Host: Dan Roh
Dan Roh is an award winning stand-up comedian based in Iceland. Known for his sharp, honest humour about identity, culture, and the immigrant experience, Dan has become a rising star in Reykjavik’s English language comedy scene. He’s the creator and host of "Belonging?", a comedy showcase featuring international comedians exploring what it means to fit in.
