Welcome to the MABAS Div 1 Leadership Seminar!

Join us at the Wojcik Conference Center for a day filled with learning, networking, and growth. This in-person event is designed for current and aspiring leaders in the fire service industry.

Dr. Onieal will present first on the topic of line of duty deaths, focusing in particular on the roles and responsibilities of the Incident Commander. He will then shift the discussion to leadership behaviors, building upon his 2024 presentation hosted by Arlington Heights FD.
