Join us for two free Lunch and Learn seminars focused on women's health and wellness. Seminars will be facilitated by a local doctor and surgeon. The events are open to members and their guests. Registration is not required.Seminar Schedule:
January 20 - Menopause Management
How working to feel better can help many women live longer. We will discuss various recommendations to help women cope with menopause symptoms. Furthermore, this seminar will show how longevity may be at stake if one ignores the symptoms of menopause.
February 10 - Mammograms
The use of routine screening mammography for low-risk women. Many clinicians are finally understanding the overuse of screening mammograms and the harm it may lead to if used non judiciously.
