Over the course of this 3 week series we will work on breaking down the most common poses you will see in Vinyasa yoga classes. We will also work on proper breathing technique. At the end of the series, you will be well equipped to join in with any of our group classes. While the series is in progress, you will be able to take as many of the regularly scheduled Beginner & Yin classes as you would like. Class size is limited to 15 people and will be led by Sara Taylor.Investment: $79 includes 3 class series + unlimited beginner and yin for the duration
