Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice that allows the body to sink into gravity, to rest, and to restore. In this day and age, so many of us spend so much time doing, on too little sleep, all while caring for others. Restorative Yoga allows you to slow down, unplug, release tension and simply be present by drawing your awareness inward. Unlike Yin Yoga, which allows the body to lengthen tissue with perhaps some discomfort, Restorative Yoga is completely passive. In our 90 minutes together, we’ll use bolsters, blocks and blankets to help open the body and to sink into pure bliss! Restorative yoga is accessible for every body. If you have a favorite scarf, eye pillow, sandbag or blanket, please feel free to bring it! This class will be led by Ashley Rathman and is limited to 12 students.Investment: $40
